This happened to me after a buster upgrade, which also broke a lot of things
(system tray disappeared, couldn't be put back; couldn't search by typing app
name in launch menu etc etc). I did a one-time upgrade to unstable which put
most things right, but konqueror still appears every time kontact is launched
with the errors give by Lisandro.

This isn't a show-stopper for me, but it is annoying. As a work around I
launch kmail, korganizer etc as required individually. Actually I'm starting
to prefer that. But it's certainly bad for KDE advocacy.

Let's hope this bug fixes itself and filters through to testing. I don't mind
installing some sid pacakges if anybody wants to know if it makes the bug go
away.
