Thank you!  This is great.  Now applied and will be included in the next
release, which I'm working on right now.

Yup, totally understood.  Derek Upham did a ton of work on incorporating
Unicode characters from other fonts, but only did 6x13 and the two 10x20
fonts.  I think that's all we'll have unless someone else decides to
extend all of that hard work.
