I'm aware of the new release. As an upgrade from Jewel to Mimic directly is not supported I would like to first get at least one usable version of Luminous into the Debian archive. This way we can point users at least to packages on snapshots.debian.org for the Upgrade from Stretch to Buster. I'm currently working on this. The progress can be seen in the luminous/wip-gaudenz branch on salsa.debian.org. The ceph maintainers team currently only consists of myself. I would be happy to have more people on the team.
