Procedure to reproduce: 1. clone https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/tensorflow 2. checkout lumin/A1u30 or equivalently a2d2212c63bc23ada20bef0eeb6284e6f3a022ec 3. build source package 4. ASCII files debian/bazelDumps/*.so are missing from the debian.tar.gz tarball. My workaround is just to rename these ASCII files
