Bug#908198: tilestache does not render mapnik tiles

I used a configuration like this:

I use the openstreetmap-carto style.

Without the patch it throws the following exception:

tilestache in testing does not work due to API changes in the python mapnik bindings. There is an upstream bugfix in tilestache which fixes that issue: Please consider applying this patch until a fixed upstream release becomes available.
