Hi Jean,

Sorry for the late reply, I must have missed the automatic email about an 
update, if there was one.

I just tried removing my tmpfiles.d-file, reinstalled trafficserver 
7.1.4+ds-1~bpo9+1 (apt-get install —reinstall trafficserver) and rebooted.
Trafficserver started normally without any errors. So i guess this issue is 
closed :)

If you want me to test something different, let me know!
