Hi Andreas & Adrian, This is the ARPACK patch that needs to be applied in order to fix the failing test cases in igraph:
https://github.com/opencollab/arpack-ng/commit/31854cadaff067e30b8715f10533c459a9b7d447 As far as I know, there was no official ARPACK release with the patch above yet so it has to be applied manually.
