suricata fails to cross build from source, because the python build dependency cannot be installed. python is requested for the host architecture, but the interpreter fails to install for architectures that cannot be executed. Since suricata actually installs a python module, the interpreter is actually needed for the build architecture though. After annotating it with :any, suricata cross builds successfully.
