Also, please note that there could be a "parallel" setting in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS that should probably be honored too. If I have 2 CPUs but I set DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="parallel=1" maybe the test should be skipped as well. [ And that's why I don't like the idea of conditionally disabling the test. If the test is not well designed, I would just forward the issue upstream and would disable for everybody ]. Thanks.
