* I have tried to fill in the 4th page of https://www.toastmasters.org/-/media/files/department-documents/district- documents/1471-area-directors-club-visit-report.ashx * The first three pages are fine, but I can't tick the checkboxes on the 4th page (possibly because it is rotated with respect to the others). Nor can I fill in the text boxes on this (4th) page of the form.
