Package: imediff2
Version: 1.1.2.1-2
Severity: wishlist

Here is a note on imediff2

We should migrate to Python3

Since code style is too old to use 2.3, this needs to be updated to
newer style under Python 2.7.

  * This uses "string" --> Convert it to "str" available now
  * Opening file with file(foo) seems bad idea now.

Besides, there are too many global variables. Some refactoring of code
may be a good idea.

Alsop, instead of single file, let"s make it a module so it can be
compiles in advance.

Also functional short comings:

Editor function should work on unresolved section only.

Starting option of -u seems totally useless since pressing u will set
it anyway.
