android-platform-system-core (a-p-s-c) stopped building adb on mips* architectures: https://salsa.debian.org/android-tools-team/android-platform-system-core/blob/master/debian/control#L99 This leaves fdroidcl without it's build depends on mips* and thus unable to transition to testing.
