This is still an issue with latest kernel on 32-bit Debian 9 kernel : 4.9.0-8-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08) gives: swapon: /dev/sdb1: swapon failed: Invalid argument so we are stuck on 4.9.0-7 Any news on a fix, please ?
