At the end of September Symantec EOL'd their CT log servers, which now cause certspotter to issue warning when trying to contact them Upstream has a simple patch ready at https://github.com/SSLMate/certspotter/commit/20b1df83cc5b35e70141c5f40c23314011acaa16, please include this in Debian to get rid of the warnings.
