we (pkg-perl team) would like to remove this RC-buggy package from the archive: it has only been available in experimental since its initial (and last) batch of uploads three years ago. Its popcon is 1. It has started to FTBFS two years ago due to a newly added dependency that was never packaged. The uploader agrees we should drop it.
