I'm in the same situation as Chris - I just try to upload when things are ready... Tom, I can take care of the upload of 0.14.0-3 as soon as it's ready and then the backport upload. If you do decide you'd like to transition maintainership, we can file an RFA bug, which is all of the formality that is needed. Also, since I have porterbox access, let me know what would be helpful.
