I don't think i understand this request. hddemux 0.4-7 (in unstable)
has:
Build-Depends:
curl [!arm64] <!nocheck>,

knot-dnsutils [!arm64] <!nocheck>,
knot-resolver [!arm64 !s390x] <!nocheck>,
libsystemd-dev,

nginx-light [!arm64] <!nocheck>,
pandoc,
pkg-config,
systemd [!arm64] <!nocheck>,
(in particular, the hddemux test suite is skipped on arm64 and s390x)
so i don't think that removal of the arm64 binary of knot-resolver would
actually block hddemux.
Rather, the non-removal of the knot-resolver arm64 binary is what's
blocking hddemux from migrating into testing. so resolution of this RM
request will *fix* hddemux, not break it further.
if i'm misunderstanding something, please help me understand.
