cowbuilder now ships the bash-completion file as /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/cowbuilder The obsolete conffile /etc/bash_completion.d/cowbuilder should properly be removed on upgrades though. The simples way to do that is using a cowbuilder.maintscript.
