Oh, and let's assume we shipped "still" aka 6.0.x in stretch now. Now we'd need to update to 6.1.x with it's new library etc. needs. And the same with 6.1->6.2. As I said in the other bug: No, I believe in stable distributions and integration and I consider the thingy done with firefox a bug inflicted by the fact that browsers are "special" and mozilla doesn't provide security patches - whereas I *do* get the commits for LibreOffice and can/do backport those.
