Package: curl
Version: 7.62.0-1

Hi,

On curl in stretch this command works without issues:

curl 'http://[::1]/'

on the latest buster version I get the following error message:

curl 'http://[::1]/'
curl: (3) URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL

(I use a full IPv6 address the localhost address is here
to give an easy reproducer.)

It seems that this upgrade introduced the regression:
2018-12-03 15:20:59 upgrade curl:amd64 7.61.0-1 7.62.0-1

Regards,
 Tamas
