Control: tag -1 +unreproducible

I also tried it on my local box here. But can't see any problem

So I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe something specific to your
setup. `dh_installsystemd` in the packaging scripts is supposed to take
care of enabling and activating laptop-mode-tools, which it is doing
fine on my machine.

But for some reason, on your machine, it is not.
