Oh ☹ Well, FWIW as a result of this set of discussions, the buildds are not going to be /usrmerged in the forseeable future, so packages built there will continue working across the possible installations. If you perform source-only uploads only for Ganeti, or if you build on a non-/usrmerged system, the resulting binaries should work reliably. Greetings,
