I made a fork, synced with upstream, and merged v1.3 dpkg-buildpackage -b executed fine, passing all tests. (debian:9 docker image) Named it opus-1.3-1 as Kevin suggested. I'm also not an developer, but I believe it just needs to be merged into Ron's repo. I was unable to make a merge request, assuming that's due to my "-guest" account. TIA
