"/mnt" and "/media" are for manual mounts (by using "pmount $DEVICE", "\
udisksctl mount -b $DEVICE" or using GUI buttons to do the same thing) \
with USB disks, NTFS volumes from Windows and such. System volumes are \
mounted through "/etc/fstab".

None except "/run/shm" and "/run/lock". Most other programs do not use \
mount points under "/run". There are still some programs doing this, li\
ke "fstransform".
I think that there is another solution: Checking whether there are bloc\
k devices mounting in "/run". If it is a "tmpfs", it is safe to ignore;\
 if it is a block device, it is not safe to do so.
