Package: cppcheck-gui
Version: 1.76.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

when trying to create a new project file, cppcheck-gui complains about a
missing std.cfg file,
and that my installation is broken and that I should point it manually at the
std.cfg file using
the --data-dir option.

When I try to do so via (using dpkg -S std.cfg to find the file):

   cppcheck-gui --data-dir=/usr/share/cppcheck/cfg/

then cppcheck-gui immediatelly exits without error and without opening a window.
