It looks like this is because -DLSTAT got added to upstream's default build options for 4.2.4.5. That flag has not historically been used in the Debian builds. I removed it, and that seems to resolve the problem. I'll push a new version of the package later today, after I get a chance to add some tests to prevent this regression the next time.
