Bug#918331: linux-image-4.19.0-1-686-pae-unsigned: Compile mt76x0 module to support some wireless adapters

When I read that kernel 4.19 included modules for 802.11ac USB devices
I upgraded all my USB N devices to AC ones (MT7612U), just to discover
the Debian kernel does not include those modules.

I hope them to be enabled in the next upgrade.
