Yes, that sounds reasonable. Sorry for going MIA after initiating a transition. :( I was unable to do anything Debian related in pretty much the last half-year, due to medical issues, and I'm only starting to catch up on my packages now. (Though json-c isn't mine, I'm merely the one who orphaned it.)
