Hello Adam, the update has no longer been necessary. There is no such version in sid or testing/buster.
Now I know that there is no version working with thunderbird 60. Sorry for the confusion but the reason is the major update in Stable. So I dad to reject all packages. In sid and testing is now a new package webext-tbsync which can help for this task.
