Package: network-manager
Version: 0.5.1-3
Followup-For: Bug #355785

For network manager to pick up on the new interface, it needs to be
restarted:

  /etc/dbus-1/event.d/25NetworkManager restart

By the way, please add information on how to restart this service to the
documentation. Currently, neither the nm nor dbus docs say anything about
it. I know it Should Just Work Automatically, but currently, it doesn't.
