I'm confused by this comment.  I've definitely been cutting relesese,
with tarballs, for 0.2.7, 0.3.0, and (today) 0.3.1 - you can see them
here: https://github.com/latchset/libverto/releases

I don't see anything different about those, but please let me know if
I've missed something.

Hopefully 0.3.1 addresses these concerns (and the bug you filed
