I've tagged the shared git repo for both knot-dns and for knot-resolver source package stretch-backports releases. I've also published the relevant packages to https://people.debian.org/~dkg/knot-stretch-backports/ so that people can get access to them if they want them before stretch-backports is capable of taking them. In order to try to help the transition along, i'm reducing the severity of this bug report as well.
