I'm not using those GUI applications, so I wouldn't be familiar enough with them to feel comfortable maintaining them myself -- what if the functionality is broken and I don't notice? -- but I can definitely be your sponsor for maintaining those (and eventually get you direct upload rights there, since you are already a DM). Same for yubioath-desktop: it was dropped from testing in 2017, so the soft freeze would have prevented it from re-entering.
