Package: elpa-org Followup-For: Bug #907495 Actually I think there is no need to compile x11idle. As the footnote https://orgmode.org/manual/Resolving-idle-time.html#DOCF82 says, Debian already provides xprintidle, which seems to work for me.
Maybe elpa-org could just suggest that package and change the default for org-clock-x11idle-program-name? -- Michał Politowski Talking has been known to lead to communication if practiced carelessly.
