Hi there ! I am running stretch. I had blacklisted update 8u181-b13-2~deb9u1 because the bug made it useless as build JDK, and got update 8u212-b01-1~deb9u1, which as far as I can see fixes the problem. So as long as the last security version 8u212-b01-1~deb9u1 we do have a usable last openjdk-8 version on stable.
