Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Plowshare is a tool for interacting with file sharing websites. The framework itself lives in the package plowshare, while the scripts that implement the APIs for specific websites live in plowshare-modules. These scripts are not suitable for a stable release since they evolve rapidly. The upstream source was also disowned by the maintainer and now appears to be unmaintained.
The alternative is to use plowshare with scripts from some other source, and there is a tool, plowmod, bundled with it to make this process work. I have uploaded a version of plowshare to mentors that removes all reference to the plowshare-modules package, which it previously Suggested.
