My original preseed included references for a modified local mirror of Debian that the upper management did not authorize to make public the URL yet. In my defence the original preseed works with stretch and I am trying to understand why it fails for buster. So one more question, during instalation of base and tasks, like openssh-server, where is the sources.list that is being used.
