Please file a bug against ftp.debian.org requesting the removal of htslib on i386. Without this removal, htslib cannot migrate to testing regardless of whether we unblock it or not. Please include the bug id of that removal bug in a follow up and remove the moreinfo bug when the removal bug has been filed. Thanks, ~Niels
