- It used to be there.- "current" is still there for other Debian releases. (e.g. http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/stretch/main/installer-amd64/current/ )
We have some scripts that dedicated server providers use to provision servers in datacenters (PXE network installations), and those expect "current" to be there...
