Dear Maintainer,

The default Debian CSS theme used throughout Debian websites has a yellow
background highlight for selected input controls.

Unfortunately it only changes the background on focus and not the foreground.
So if you use a default stylesheet for your browser with light text on dark
background you end-up with light/white/grey text on light yellow background
which is not readable.

This oneliner also sets the foreground color to get a readable color scheme for
focused elements.

I tested by live changing the stylesheet in browser on both light on dark and
dark on light default stylesheets.
