Dear Maintainer,
There is a newer version of dwarves upstream (1.14). Version 1.13 is
needed to build the latest kernels with CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF.
Please consider merging the debian/master branch from:
https://salsa.debian.org/tytso/dwarves.git
It builds using gbp-buildpackage for me to create dwarves 1.14-1 and it
can be used to successfully build Linux v5.2-rc2 with CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF.
