Am afraid, there is no chance for monit to enter buster.  Sorry for this
situation, but I believe this is not just my fault (see this bug
thread).  Anyway, if you know someone, who can offer better support
for monit in the debian - just tell.  I will appreciate any help
and/or may step down as a maintainer.
