When running dh_link -pfoo ... for an arch:all package foo during an
arch-only build (i.e. foo isn't acted upon), it emits the following
error message:
dh_link: No packages to build. Architecture mismatch: amd64, want: all any

Neither Niels nor myself could quickly understand the message. Clearly,
there is room for improvement here.
