Upgrade from 9.9 to 10.0 and xjig only loads default puzzle. Attempting to use icon for xjig-random gives error that there is no Internet for update. Internet does exist as wired eth2 and browsers, sylpheed and package managers have no problem. Tried to execute /usr/games/xjig-random and got this error: "Can't locate File/HomeDir.pm in @INC (you may need to install the File::HomeDir module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux- gnu/perl/5.28.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.28.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux- gnu/perl5/5.28 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.28 /usr/share/perl/5.28 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl- base) at ./xjig-random line 11" Many of the files/directories in that message do not exist. * What led up to the situation? * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? * What was the outcome of this action? * What outcome did you expect instead? -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-5-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages xjig depends on: ii libc6 2.28-10 ii libgcc1 1:8.3.0-6 ii libjpeg62-turbo 1:1.5.2-2+b1 ii libnetpbm10 2:10.0-15.3+b2 ii libstdc++6 8.3.0-6 ii libx11-6 2:1.6.7-1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.3-1+b2 xjig recommends no packages. xjig suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
