I have done 1 and 2 and that is in salsa/master.
I'm working on changing it to use LWP (without, right now, making any
other functional change).
We spoke yesterday about the testing of this, and you mentioned some
Perl test https server. Can you remind me of the Perl module name ?
Also you said you had some examples of how to set up a dummy test CA.
