It is not unsupported. See this FAQ item: http://doc.pypy.org/en/latest/faq.html#how-long-will-pypy-support-python2 There is no need to remove this package. I'm happy to move to PyPy 3 as soon as the tooling in Debian supports it better but dropping the pypy binary would just a huge inconvenience. I am actually planning to move pathspider to pypy too for the speed improvements, running with CPython isn't fast enough really. (Although if pypy3 tooling appears then I'll use pypy3.) Thanks, Iain.
