I am not sure we want to increase the size of the package by adding
redundant material. What is wrong with the following:
$ gunzip -c < /usr/share/doc/octave2.1-doc/octave.ps.gz \
| ps2pdf - /var/tmp/octave.pdf
$ xpdf /var/tmp/octave.pdf
What do the other member of the Debian Octave Group think?
