Hi Julian. This command was introduced in upstream version 1.3.3 of borgmatic which was released 3 months ago.
Upstream released quite a few versions since I first packaged borgmatic. I'll try to package the latest release as soon as possible (maybe this week, but can't promise I'll have time). Thank you for reporting this.
