Package: libcgal13
Version: 4.14-3
Severity: normal

With the ABI bump in libCGAL_ImageIO.so.14, I think the shlibs for
CGAL needs to be updated in libcgal13.shlibs, probably
  libCGAL_ImageIO 14 libcgal13 (>= 4.14)

Possibly that's what's holding up pygalmesh migration at the moment:
britney doesn't know to test the new pygalmesh and cgal packages
together in debci testing (I guess it will get round to testing them
together before too much longer).
