(explain the reason for the removal here) Please remove r-bioc-metagenomeseq from testing. It would block the migration of R packages otherwise. The reason is that we can not upgrade r-bioc-metagenomeseq to the new upstream version since it got a new dependency from a non-free package. We are sorting this out with upstream but this might take time. All other r-bioc packages are depending from the virtual package r-api-bioc-3.9 while r-bioc-metagenomeseq 1.24.1-1 depends r-api-bioc-3.8. So there is a conflicting dependency which can only be resolved by a temporary removal of r-bioc-metagenomeseq 1.24.1-1 from testing.
